No-bake cheesecake is a perfect summer dessert. Its light consistency and the ability to incorporate fresh fruits make it a family favourite for all ages. Not only does it taste great, but it also looks beautiful. Here's how to make a no-bake cheesecake.

Ingredients and preparation of no-bake cheesecake

To prepare the no-bake cheesecake, you need a few basic ingredients:

  • 600 grams of homogenized cheese
  • 4 flavoured gelatins
  • 1.5 litres of boiling water
  • 500 grams of your favourite fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) – optional
  • tea biscuits or sponge cakes

How to make a no-bake cheesecake? Preparing the no-bake cheesecake is a simple process. Start by dissolving the gelatin in boiling water and letting it cool. Then, mix the homogenized cheese with the cooled gelatin until smooth. Place tea biscuits or sponge cakes at the bottom of the mould, and pour the cheese mixture over them. Put the entire dessert in the refrigerator to set.

How long to chill the no-bake cheesecake?

The no-bake cheesecake should be chilled in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours, allowing the mixture to set properly and be ready to serve. After this time, the no-bake cheesecake is ready to enjoy. You can decorate it with fresh fruits and mint leaves, which will add flavour as well as an attractive appearance.

No-bake cheesecake is a dessert that can be easily modified by adding different fruits and gelatin flavours. Please note that this dessert is best stored in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness and optimal taste. It's essential to cover it with plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container to prevent it from absorbing odours from other foods. If you plan to store it longer, you might consider freezing it, but keep in mind that after thawing, its consistency may change slightly.
