Horrifying video exposes brutal violence among Russian soldiers
NEXTA on the platform X shared a shocking video showing a soldier lighting a cigarette from the burning body of another serviceman. The account administrators indicate that the person in the video is Russian, and the deceased is his comrade.
On the platform X, the NEXTA account, which focuses on reporting events in Eastern Europe and Russia, posted a horrifying video. According to the profile, it shows "a Russian soldier lighting a cigarette from the burning body of his fallen comrade."
At the beginning of the video, a shell explosion is seen, followed by smoke covering everything. When it clears, a soldier hiding from gunfire becomes visible. At a certain moment, he leans towards the burning body nearby with a cigarette.
Violence in the Russian army
A few months ago, another video showing the brutality of Russians stirred social media. The crime had previously been reported by the Human Rights Commissioner at the Supreme Council of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets.
- The video shows how Russians kill each prisoner in front of their comrades. Russian soldiers order them to "lie down and keep silent," while one of them, filming the entire event, utters the phrase "this one is mine" and fires a series of shots into the back of one of the war prisoners, detailed Lubinets.
