However, Ushakov did not provide details on when Putin's possible address might occur.

The Russian president met with Alexander Lukashenko at the Kremlin. The Belarusian leader revealed during a press conference that Putin plans to meet with Steven Witkoff. The topic of discussions is the American proposal concerning the temporary ceasefire.

- Today and tomorrow Vladimir Vladimirovich will be speaking with representatives, Trump's envoys on this matter, and there are many questions, besides the 30-day ceasefire. This must be considered as a whole and appropriate decisions made, Lukashenko conveyed.

It is already known that initial talks between the Russian and U.S. representatives have taken place. On Wednesday, the White House reported a phone conversation of Mike Waltz "with his Russian counterpart". Today, Yuri Ushakov commented on these reports and admitted that he conveyed Russia’s stance.

The Kremlin rejected the idea of a temporary ceasefire.

Visit of the American delegation to Moscow
