Russian drone attack on Ukrainian bus claims nine lives

As a result of a Russian attack on the city of Marganets in Ukraine, nine people lost their lives, and 30 were injured. The attack was executed using a kamikaze drone, which targeted a bus carrying workers.

The fatality count from the Russian assault on Marganets has grown to nine. Earlier reports indicated seven fatalities.

"Unfortunately, the number of deaths in Marhanets has increased. The enemy attack took nine lives. Condolences to the relatives and friends," wrote Serhiy Lysak, head of regional military authorities, on Telegram.

"People were going to work. Russian strikes on Ukrainian civilians do not stop," added former Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko.

Following this attack, there are many injured individuals, and the number is increasing.

"The number of injured is constantly growing. According to current information, there are 30 of them. The aggressor hit a bus with enterprise employees with a suicide drone," added Lysak.

Local authorities are compiling information about the victims. More photos from the attack site are surfacing online.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the bus was hit by a Russian FPV drone.
