"At least 60 people were injured," Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated on Telegram. "An enemy missile struck a densely populated area of Kharkiv, hitting a high-rise building. People may be trapped under the rubble," he added.

The head of the Kharkiv military administration, Oleg Synegubov, also reported, "At this moment, 13 people have been hospitalized in city hospitals, including two children. Four people are in serious condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance to the victims," he wrote on Telegram.

"Multi-storey residential buildings, an educational facility, and vehicles were damaged. The roof of a two-storey building, a workshop, and a structure spanning approximately 446 square metres caught fire on the business premises," stated the local fire department.
