Russian missile strike on Sumy prompts global condemnation
Special envoy for Ukraine, retired General Keith Kellogg, reacted to the Russian attack on the city of Sumy in Ukraine. "Today's Palm Sunday attack by Russian forces on civilian targets in Sumy crosses any line of decency," he wrote.

Tragic toll of casualties after the attack on Sumy
The number of people affected by the Russian missile attack on the city of Sumy has risen to 99, including 11 children – informed the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
32 people were killed, including two children.
Russians attacked Sumy with two ballistic missiles on Sunday before noon Polish time. The head of President Volodymyr Zelensky's office, Andriy Yermak, informed that they were equipped with cluster munitions.
NATO on the attack on Sumy
NATO spokesperson Allison Hart responded to the attack. "Horrific scenes from the center of Sumy where Russian ballistic missiles killed dozens and severely injured many more ordinary civilians. Our thoughts are with the Ukrainian people on what is a sacred day for so many," she wrote on the platform X.
Poland, among many countries, also condemned Russia's barbaric missile strike on Sumy.
"The attack on civilians on Palm Sunday proves that Russia's goal is not peace, but the destruction of the Ukrainian people," the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized on platform X on Sunday.
