The skyscraper will not only offer a five-star hotel but also private residences and the exclusive club "The Trump." At the top of the building, the highest open-air swimming pool in the world will be constructed. Additionally, the roof will feature two penthouses with private pools, inspired by Donald Trump's apartment in New York.
Partnership with Dar Global
The project is being carried out in partnership with Dar Global, an international developer specializing in luxury real estate. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of 650 million dollars. It assures that the skyscraper will offer views of the Arabian Gulf and the world's tallest building, the over 790-metre Burj Khalifa.
The architectural design is the responsibility of the Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei, known for integrating modernity with local heritage. The company operates globally, executing projects in over 40 countries. The Trump Organization also plans to expand the Trump International Golf Club in Doha, showcasing its further expansion plans in the region.
