What are the allegations against CBS News?

What's next with the lawsuit against CBS News?

Trump believes the network should lose its license for acting on political orders. He posted on social media that he filed a lawsuit against what he considers to be unfair reporting on the actions of the presidential administration. "I am so honoured to be suing 60 Minutes, CBS Fake News, and Paramount, over their fraudulent, beyond recognition, reporting. They did everything possible to illegally elect Kamala, including completely and corruptly changing major answers to Interview questions, but it just didn’t work for them," Trump wrote on the Truth Social platform.

The American leader accused CBS of "a dishonest Political Operative simply disguised as 'News.'" "They should lose their license! Hopefully, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as headed by its Highly Respected Chairman, Brendan Carr, will impose the maximum fines and punishment, which is substantial, for their unlawful and illegal behaviour," he wrote.
