Turn your leftover pizza into a freshly baked delight

Do you have leftover pizza and want to reheat it in the microwave? It might be better to avoid that, as you'll end up with pizza that resembles shoe leather. I have a better trick that will make yesterday's pizza taste fresh from the oven.

Pizza has won over people's stomachs worldwide, and probably everyone has encountered it at some point. The recipe for this dish is quite simple, as you only need dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings to make it. Perhaps that's why it's such a beloved delicacy. Few culinary experiences are as delightful as eating fresh pizza straight from the oven. Unfortunately, it's charm fades a bit after it cools down because it doesn't taste as excellent cold. It's better not to put it in the microwave—there's a superior method.

Reliable way to reheat pizza

If you have a few slices of pizza left that you don't want to waste, don't even think about the microwave. You don't need to heat the oven either; all you need is a frying pan. Heat it well and place a slice of pizza on it, then add some water and cover it with a lid. Mine recently broke, so I use a large plate or wooden board, which also works perfectly. The steam will make the slice feel like it's just out of the oven again—soft and juicy.

What is the plastic table in the middle of the pizza for?

I've always wondered what the purpose of that little plastic "table" in the middle of the pizza is. Most of us throw it away without knowing its use. It turns out it can help divide the pizza into slices. This gadget is meant to hold a selected slice while you pull yours away from the rest. This way, you don't touch the other parts of the pizza and avoid unnecessary mess. Give this trick a try next time.
