The pursuit of the ideal weight can have devastating consequences. Kate Moss's half-sister painfully learned this lesson, openly discussing her use of Ozempic. Increasingly severe pain forced her to go to the emergency room. At the hospital, she heard the shocking truth about the drug.

Recently, we have witnessed spectacular weight loss among celebrities who have always struggled with weight fluctuations. Their previous weight loss regimens combined with intense workouts did not yield such spectacular results as Ozempic, which was introduced to the pharmaceutical market in 2017 as an anti-diabetic drug. After four years, it began to be prescribed to people suffering from obesity with coexisting diabetes. Despite its wide availability, many celebrities still treat its use as taboo. It is worth noting, however, that the drug cannot be treated as a miracle weight loss cure; its use must be under a doctor's supervision.

One of the few celebrities who broke the silence is the half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss. The 26-year-old recently caused a scandal by revealing her online activities on an adult site. Now, she has shared a podcast in which she talked about the tragic effects of the Olympics in her case.

Weighing 60 kilograms, Lottie Moss started a weight loss regimen by administering a subcutaneous injection in her leg once a week. After just the first few days, she noted a weight loss of 3 kilograms. She lost as much as 10% of her body weight in just two weeks.

I was throwing up, it was horrible. I took a lower dosage the first time I took it then I went up higher. I ended up being in bed for two days, felt so sick, my weight had dropped. I started at about 60 kilos, and I went down to 57 with the first dose, then I went down to 54. It was crazy, my lowest was 53. In terms of a few weeks, that's not a healthy weightless, not a healthy drop - she confessed.

Lottie Moss very quickly experienced severe symptoms. She mentioned having a seizure caused by severe dehydration. She recalled the numbness in her face and hands as "the scariest experience she had ever gone through".

I felt so sick one day I said to my friend, 'I can't keep any water down, I can't keep any food down, no liquids, nothing. We went to ER at three in the morning, we go and see one of the nurses and she's like 'how much of a dose are you taking?' I was like however much and she was like 'oh my god, that's so not the amount you should be taking - the patient recalled.

Kate Moss's younger sister learned from doctors that the dose of Ozempic she was taking was meant for people weighing almost twice as much as she did. She shared her shocking experiences to warn others to point out their imperfections and prevent them from reaching for such radical measures. In the end, she added that she "would rather die than take that again".
