Ukraine to receive support from London
The British government has announced that by April 2026, it will deliver 100,000 drones to Ukraine, marking a tenfold increase in support for the Ukrainian military. The value of this delivery is €412 million and is part of a broader military support initiative worth €5.3 billion. Additionally, the UK has completed the delivery of 140,000 artillery shells and plans to invest another €291 million in training Ukrainian soldiers.
Natural disaster in the Balkans
A state of natural disaster has been declared in the municipality of Vogosca, Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to brucellosis, an infectious disease caused by the Brucella bacteria. Previously, a state of epidemic was declared in the Sarajevo Canton due to leptospirosis, also known as Weil's disease or rat fever. Local authorities have not implemented specific measures to address the issue, raising concerns about potential further complications.
Incident at Trump's estate
Secret Service agents have detained a 23-year-old man who trespassed on the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, owned by Donald Trump. The man intended to "preach the gospel" to Trump and "marry" his granddaughter Kai. This is not his first attempt to enter the estate, as he had previously been imprisoned and banned from contacting the Trump family.
Musk criticises Trump’s project
Elon Musk has sharply criticised the budget bill project advocated by Donald Trump, describing it as "a horrible mess". Musk believes the project will increase the budget deficit to $2.5 trillion, which will burden American citizens. Previously, the billionaire resigned from his advisory role in the Trump administration to focus on his business enterprises.
