Ingredients:
- 1 double chicken breast,
- 300 grams of smoked bacon in slices,
- 1 red onion,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Wash and dry the chicken breast, then cut it into cubes.
- Cut the smoked bacon into smaller pieces.
- Cut the onion and bell pepper into thick slices.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add oil, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
- Wrap the chicken pieces with bacon - 1 slice per piece.
- Skewer the chicken wrapped in bacon, onion, and bell pepper alternately on the skewers.
- Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is well cooked.
