Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, is closely monitoring the events in Washington concerning the NATO summit. In a post on his Telegram channel, he expressed his irritation with how Ukraine was treated at this event. Strong words were spoken.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the USA, a ceremonial summit was convened. During the event in Washington, to which the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, was invited, Russia was discussed as a threat to world peace. There were also assurances of an irrevocable promise to admit Ukraine to NATO.

"Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine has shattered peace and stability in the Euro-Atlantic area and gravely undermined global security. Russia remains the most significant and direct threat to Allies’ security," the Washington summit participants declared.

The text, published on the NATO website, must have angered Dmitry Medvedev. The declarations towards Ukraine, which cannot be admitted to NATO due to the war it is waging following the Russian invasion of Kyiv in February 2022 but has a promised place in the alliance, filled his cup of bitterness.

The Russian propagandist devoted a venomous post to the matter of Ukraine on the social media channel Telegram. He quoted one sentence: "'We will continue to support it on its irreversible path to full Euro-Atlantic integration, including NATO membership.' That is what our enemies said yesterday in the Washington Declaration of the Alliance,” he wrote.

Medvedev lost it. He wrote what will happen to Ukraine

And he commented brutally: "The conclusion is obvious. We must do everything to ensure that the 'irreversible path' of Ukraine to NATO ends either with the disappearance of Ukraine or the disappearance of NATO. Or, even better, both," wrote Medvedev.

The day before, he posted even worse words on social media. He called Volodymyr Zelensky "a divine clown" and "the former president of the former Ukraine". He also used a vulgar term to describe Ukriane's president.

He considered scenarios predicting Ukraine's admission to NATO. He assumed that Kyiv could enter peace negotiations with Moscow only to "rebuild military and human potential". He predicted that then there could be declarations of refusal to join NATO. However, he assessed that these "in themselves will lead to nothing". According to Medvedev, if such assurances are given, "a new, third bloody Maidan will quickly begin in Kyiv, which will sweep away the current junta and bring even more radical ones to power."

Then, as the Russian propagandist plots, Washington will also suffer defeat. "It will be much harder for the Western Alliance to help obvious extremists. Moreover, it must openly admit that hundreds of billions of taxpayer money have been wasted. And Washington and its comrades will force the Nazis in Kyiv to accept the outcome of the war. The ruling clique, led by the scumbag, will flee to the West or be suppressed," Medvedev predicts.
