American-style ribs - a simple recipe

The secret to perfect American-style ribs is a simple yet exceptionally aromatic marinade that gives the meat a deep flavour and ensures incredible tenderness. You only need a few essential ingredients to create real magic on the grill!

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 500 grams of pork ribs in strips,
  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey,
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • ½ teaspoon of hot paprika,
  • a flat teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • 1 teaspoon of marjoram,
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme,
  • pepper to taste.

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the ribs thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Then, cut them into smaller pieces to make marinating and grilling easier.
