Ayres Sasaki, a Brazilian singer and guitarist, has died. He passed away during a concert while hugging a fan. He was electrocuted.

Tragic death of a young musician during a concert

Ayres Sasaki was the evening star during a concert at the Solar Hotel in Salinópolis, Brazil. At some point, a fan rushed onto the stage and embraced the artist, who fell to the ground. It turned out he was fatally electrocuted, which was caused by the fan's soaked shirt. The water reached the electric cable attached to the guitar Sasaki was holding.

The police report that the artist died at the scene, but it is unknown if the fan survived. Officers are investigating to determine the circumstances. Representatives of the hotel where the concert took place issued an official statement following Sasaki's death.

We are fully dedicated to providing support to his family and taking the necessary measures. We reaffirm our commitment to fully cooperating with the competent authorities for the proper clarification of the events - the statement read.

Family members of the vocalist also spoke out on the matter. They stated they were contacting people present at that moment to understand how this happened.

Sasaki's career was gaining momentum. Shortly after his death, one of his friends posted an emotional comment, highlighting that what set Sasaki apart was primarily his good heart. He got married in November 2023.

What will definitely stand out about Sasaki is his good heart; he was always very kind. I think that will be the lasting mark he leaves behind - the friend stated.
